All of our Sowin' Love Natural Herbal Products are made with the body and particularly, skin health, in mind. Since the skin is the body's largest organ, it needs to be protected and nourished. The body uses the skin as it's first line of defense against disease, toxins and impurities. The environment bombards our skin with every day with all of these negative environmental factors, so, we formulated our products to protect and prevent free-radical destruction of skin cells. We also have made each product non-toxic by using herbs that are considered safe to be used externally and internally. Although some ingredients are not recommended to eat, all of our natural herbal products have been formulated with the idea in mind that it should be able to be ingested if it is going to be put it on the skin. That is the reason we add no artificial colors,artificial preservatives, petroleum or animal based cosmetic ingredients in any of our products. Our products are made to heal and nourish the skin, whether young or old, dry, oily or sensitive, everyone will find some benefit from our products. We also use ingredients from suppliers that carry responsibly wild-harvested herbs and cosmetic bases. Responsibly wild-harvesting of herbs is a unique basis of taking the plants and herbs that God has supplied us with from their natural environment, without the interference of man-made chemicals, genetical modification, pesticides or improper harvesting techniques. It is an assurance that these plants will still be maintained for future generations to use and benefit from, in their original state. Best of all, our products are hand made with quality ingredients, but at a price that makes it so everyone can afford them. The word natural should not mean expensive. We don't offer high price tags and cheaply manufactured materials. We care what goes on our family's skin and know that you do as well. That is why we make and test what we sell. Smaller hand made batches assure you of a fresh product, not something that has been warehoused for a year or two before going onto a shelf somewhere. So, sometimes there may be a small delay in shipping, but we think you'll agree the extra time involved will be worth the wait.
